Come to the Maine Golf and Travel Show at the Racket and Fitness Center on outer Congress St. in Portland. Times are March 17, 4-8 pm, March 18 & 19, 9-4. We'll see you there!

We have begun accepting membership forms and dues for 2000.

Member player booklets are now available. Stop by the office if you get a chance!

Weekend players take note: Entry fee for weekend events will increase to $30 for the 2000 season. This will enable us to increase the user fee we pay the golf courses. New this year: Teams must pay the $30 entry fee by means of a single check for the entire amount, i.e., $120 per group each event.

The season 2000 weekend schedule is available. We will fill in the TBAs as we get them. Go to the top of the Tournaments page. For championship and special events, go to the Special Events page. Click on the line that says View schedule. New in 2000: Entry forms for the Father/Son championship and the Maine Mixed. (Not available at this time.)

Call-in dates for tee times: April 3 for southern and joint events, first third of the season. April 10 for central events. No calls before 9 AM. Call 846-3800.

Members, please note that Maine Golf Magazine is no longer publishing. All the more important to check in here for your news! Be on the lookout for a new publication, Golf of Maine magazine, coming out in May. MSGA members who pay their dues early will receive a complimentary copy. Thanks for stopping by our site, and be sure to come back often!
